COURSE OVERVIEW

EXECUTIVE COMMUNICATION AND DIPLOMACY is a transformative 5-day programme that equips senior executives and corporate communications leaders with the executive communication, diplomacy, and negotiation skills required to lead and influence in high-stakes stakeholder environments.

While the programme is highly relevant for leaders working internationally, it is equally valuable for C-suite executives operating within a single country who must win support, protect reputation, and maintain critical relationships when pressure rises. It is also highly effective for leaders who need to negotiate budgets, policies, and priorities with government departments, regulators, and public-sector stakeholders. This comprehensive course strengthens strategic influence, relationship management, and the ability to win people to your way of thinking—without damaging trust.

Moving beyond traditional communication training, the programme focuses on real executive scenarios: managing difficult conversations, protecting long-term relationships when things get difficult, negotiating outcomes that stick, and presenting organisational ideas with clarity, credibility, and authority. Participants will develop a practical, repeatable approach to executive influence that supports performance, reputation, and sustainable organisational excellence.

Target audience: Senior leaders, C-suite executives, heads of corporate communications, and managers who want to strengthen executive communication, diplomacy, and negotiation capability in complex, high-pressure environments—locally or internationally, including government and regulatory engagement.
